These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 3bdt platform and all services included within it. By using the website, creating an account, or accessing any service, you are expressing your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised to refrain from using the platform.

3bdt is committed to providing a safe, fair, and transparent online betting and casino experience for users in Bangladesh. These Terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use 3bdt's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must create an account solely on your own behalf — creating or managing an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• All information provided at registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Self-excluded individuals may not create or operate an account on the platform.

3bdt may request additional information or documents for identity verification at any time. If the required verification process is not completed, the account may be restricted or suspended.

2.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate personal information. By completing registration on 3bdt, you confirm that all information provided is correct and truthful.

2.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login details, password, and account secure. You must notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account.

2.3 Account Termination

3bdt reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the following cases:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent or corrupt activity.
• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Operating multiple accounts.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3bdt currently supports transactions through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions through any method other than those listed are not possible.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per method.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, if a verification process is underway, it may take slightly longer.

3.4 General Conditions

Deposits and withdrawals must be made only from a payment account registered in the same name as the 3bdt account holder. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. If any unusual transaction is detected, 3bdt may temporarily hold it pending investigation.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

3bdt offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing a received bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be completed. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example, receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion has its own validity period and applicable terms.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• 3bdt reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

3bdt's exclusive VIP program has four tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

The terms and amounts for cashback payments may be reviewed periodically by 3bdt. VIP benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder personally.

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on 3bdt:

• Carefully verify all details before finalising each bet.
• Once finalised, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless it was accepted in error due to a system fault.
• If an unusual outcome occurs due to a technical error, 3bdt reserves the right to declare that bet void.

6.2 Results Determination

The results of all sports betting events are determined based on announcements from the relevant official authority. Casino game results are determined through verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of winnings:

• Syndicate betting or ring-fencing.
• Bets specifically designed for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Placing bets through software, bots, or automated systems.
• Betting based on inside information or match-fixing.
